By downloading or using Yes or No: Ask & Decide ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Yes or No: Ask & Decide provides a gentle, randomly-generated answer to questions you ask, along with a short reflection. It is entertainment software only — it is not a source of professional, medical, financial, or legal advice, and must not be relied on to make decisions of real consequence.
The App does not require sign-in or an account. Your question history is stored locally on your device only; the App has no server or backend of its own.
The App offers a free tier and an optional one-time purchase ("Pro") that unlocks unlimited questions and History access. Pro is a single non-consumable purchase, not a subscription — you are charged once, with nothing that renews and nothing to cancel. Your Pro purchase can be restored if you reinstall the App, though your local History does not carry over (see Support for details). Purchases are billed through the Apple App Store and managed by RevenueCat. Prices are displayed in the App before purchase. Refunds are subject to Apple's standard refund policy.
Free tier usage is limited to a set number of questions per day after your first day of use, as shown in the App. Unlocking Pro gives you unlimited questions and access to History.
All content, design, and code within the App is the property of Stechbds. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stechbds and Kwokwaiyip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its answers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
